Job Description

Ginosi Apartments is looking for an individual who understands the fundamentals of excellent customer service and is willing to perform duties of a Guest Experience Managers in Seattle WA:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality inspections after each check out and report all damages to the Operations Team
  • Prepare and deliver the cleaning and supply kits to each apartment after each check out (sheets, pillow cases, etc.)
  • Open the apartments for the cleaners and pick up dirty laundry from each apartment
  • Organize distribution of linens, cleaning supplies in the storage room
  • Order correct unit of items and keep track of when items need to be re-ordered
  • Purchase supplies for everyday use (tea, coffee, etc.)
  • Meet customer needs as required
  • Facilitate maintenance at apartments as needed
  • Assist in general housekeeping needs (ex. a/c or wifi setup, changing lamps, etc.)
  • Aid with set up of new apartments when need be (ex. hanging photos on the walls, set up and install appliances, etc.)
  • Program keyboxes with the code issued by our software and place keys in keyboxes
  • Answer Operation’s inquiries

Requirements

  • To live near the Downtown Seattle area
  • To be ready to work on a rolling schedule
  • To have basic computer skills
  • To be able to lift 50 pounds
  • To be organized, responsible, and detail oriented
  • To have a smartphone is a plus
  • To have experience in the Hospitality Industry is a plus
